How to Navigate the Covid Era

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to always be prepared for anything?
This year taught us that anything can happen to anyone, and that you can't run away from the unexpected.
I've learned that what I can control is what I do and the direction I choose to follow. And that by being flexible, I stand to gain more than if I wait for everything to go back to normal. Sitting around waiting for things to be like they were before only sinks you deeper into negativity, frustration, fog, a feeling of having no control or autonomy over your own life, and you end up drifting like a leaf in the wind.
This year, among the clients I've worked with, I've met people who, through a simple shift in perspective, decided to act and go after what they want, instead of waiting for their dreams to come true on their own. Others, once they saw the big picture, were able to see much more clearly where they stood, where they wanted to go, and what they COULD do to get there. By putting their minds in order, and by building an action plan, they were able to win both in their minds and in the world around them.
You may already know that great international athletes have won famous trophies the moment they realized that the real opponent lives in their own mind. Maybe they couldn't see certain blind spots, maybe they were afraid of failure, or of success, or maybe it was hard for them to admit they were wrong.
One example is Simona Halep herself, who a few years ago kept losing because she herself had become her own opponent. Her attitude had become the biggest obstacle standing between her and success. At the time, she said:
"You build your confidence over many days, but you can lose it in one minute."
More specifically, she didn't allow herself to believe she could become number one in the world. Once she started believing she could, the fear and disappointment became more bearable. Then she began to accept that losing is part of the process — a process whose purpose was, of course, winning. But before anything else, she realized that the process is, first and foremost, about her growth as a person.
From then on, she shifted her focus from match results to her growth as a person, and the results weren't long in following 🙂
So if you feel like you too are going through a period of uncertainty and turbulent times, and it's hard for you to find clarity and results professionally, I have something for you 🙂
It's a 10-week group coaching program, made up of a maximum of 7 people who come to actively work on their professional goal. In short, you choose a goal you want to work on next year and bring it into the group. Then, through a guided group coaching process, you start looking at, and acting toward, your goal. What's more, you discover your limits, your blockages, as well as your resources and opportunities
The number is kept small because I want us to create, together, a safe space where you can feel free to explore and work on yourself and your dream, alongside wonderful people driven by that same inner calling.
The great benefit of working in a group is that when you're walking the same direction alongside someone else, you get to your destination faster, and the journey is far more enjoyable.
Plus, through group coaching and professional coaching, you learn new tools you can apply afterward, such as:
- -how to ask yourself the right questions when you're stuck or need to make a decision
- -setting SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound)
- -the future-back perspective
Plus a lot more. If you want to be part of the journey starting January 12th, I invite you to read more details and sign up here: group coaching program.
Give yourself a holiday gift and invest in your own education!
P.S: until December 24th the price is reduced from 1400 lei to 697 lei 😉

Generation Z, often called the "generation of the sensitive ones" and fragile, has enormous potential. I've discovered they are courageous, ambitious, empathetic, kind, and flexible — potential well worth polishing and supporting to build tomorrow's world.

Those who "make money" for non-integrated reasons are less self-determined — they feel less autonomous, less competent, and have fewer fulfilling relationships. One explanation may be that Romanians place great weight on relative income, asking "how much do I have compared to others?" — a comparison that fuels dissatisfaction.

It's the reasons why you make money — not the money itself — that are linked to well-being and fulfillment in life.
