My training combines executive coaching with clinical psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy — a structured approach, grounded in a deep understanding of human behavior. I challenge your thinking by looking through different lenses, so you can broaden your perspective.
The process
Simple and clear, from the first message
We set up a free, 30-minute first conversation to get to know each other and clarify what you need.
We choose between coaching and therapy and define your goal together.
One-hour sessions, online, every one to two weeks.
An excellent partner in coaching sessions, who makes you feel like you're talking to an old friend and helps you find your own path.
